4.2 Distributor's Obligations:
As a distributor, you agree to:
- Adhere to the Indian Direct Selling Rules and any other applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct your direct selling activities in a professional and ethical manner.
- Ensure that all product claims and representations are accurate and comply with applicable laws.
- Provide adequate support and assistance to your customers.
- Follow EdsPoint's policies and procedures as communicated to you.
5. Compensation and Sales Practices
As a distributor, you are entitled to compensation based on your sales and the sales of your downline organization in accordance with EdsPoint's compensation plan. You must ensure that your sales practices comply with the Indian Direct Selling Rules and do not involve any prohibited practices, such as income guarantees or pyramid schemes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of EdsPoint or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent from EdsPoint.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EDSPOINT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

10. Return and Replacement Policy
Physical Products
1. Damaged or Wrongly Delivered Products:
If you receive a damaged or wrongly delivered physical product, please contact our customer support within 2 working days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the product and provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
2. Return Eligibility:
We accept returns for physical products in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrongly delivered products
Please note that return requests must be made within 2 working days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Digital Products
1. Digital Products Policy:
We do not accept returns or offer replacements for digital products, including online courses, e-books, software, or any other downloadable or electronically delivered content. Once a digital product is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
